Historical Summary
Wan

Long ago, in the Sirius Star System was the planet Wan. Its inhabitants mainly consisted of those who could change form between human and canine at will. Although many of the inhabitants chosen the calling to be guides and companions, still others chose to stay planet side and live amongst themselves in communities that would best be described as 'packs' as within each would be an 'Alpha' male/female who would lead them. Some packs were more volatile than others and would lead turf wars against other packs or clans. In some cases it'd be on a whim. Other times would be because the Alpha of the pack believed that they needed more hunting grounds or a wider space to call home.

Amongst all the clans and packs, one stood out the most because their Alpha had been none other than the planet's own Sailor Wan. Although the populous was diverse, they all had one thing in common. Their loyalties, wherever they might be placed into, were unrivaled. The same was reflected even more so within Sailor Wan's clan. Because of the standards that she - and subsequently her clan - lived by, Sailor Wan was given the title of Soldier of Loyalty.

Even though the populous could vastly fend for themselves, an unexpected plight happened all across the planet. At seemingly random points of time and places, denizens of Wan were discovered unconscious or in a vegetative state due to what many considered to be an unknown illness. What was really confusing was the fact that there was a rare instance where a victim had a pair of tiny holes on some part of their body, or in the extreme case where there were large gashes mauling a body. It was unexplainable. No inhabitant of Wan could make a bite mark that small and intricate or claw marks that wide and long.

The attack on an entire clan brought the situation to light. Sesmar and his minions were the cause of the trouble. Sailor Wan was summoned to deal with the situation. After a long, drawn out battle, Sesmar was close to being defeated when he managed to pick up an abandoned poison coated blade and swung at her head. Sailor Wan managed to duck, however the blade nicked her ear. The poison swiftly coursed through her body and knocked her unconscious. Sesmar took the opportunity to take her prone form and with his remaining minions, he high tailed it off of the planet.

Within one of the many rooms within the fortress that he maintained, Sesmar reversed most of the effects of the poison within Sailor Wan's body. The main thing he did not change however, was the improperly healed scar where he had lashed out upon her. While Sailor Wan remained unconscious, Sesmar forced her Ethereal Shabti out into the open where he altered some of the memories within so that she would believe that her alliance and loyalties lay with him alone.

Sesmar then placed Sailor Wan in suspended animation until the time that he believed he would need her abilities. The planet Wan and its remaining inhabitants fell upon hard times and appeared to the rest of the universe as if it completely fell to the 'disease' that befell it.
